conditions of sale before ordering. We will need to know the product code, colour, leather type (matt or patent), shoe size (UK), heel height. Please include your email address and/or contact number as we may need to contact you if we have to clarify your order. |

| CONDITIONS | PLACING ORDERS: When placing your order please ensure that your details, especially footsize and heel height etc. are correct. We cannot rectify your errors once goods have been made. |
| PACKAGING: All orders are sent by registered mail in plain boxes. They have your details on the front and our return address on the rear. All orders will need a signature on receipt. Customs labelling will be included. |

| PAYMENT: We accept VISA, VISA DELTA, ACCESS, MASTERCARD. Your card will be charged shortly after ordering as pieces are made to order. You can also pay by cheque, cash or postal order. If buying from outside the UK using currency other than Sterling please contact us for bank charges. |

| DELIVERY: Most goods are made to order. Please allow 28 days for delivery (UK). Made to Measure is approximately six weeks too. All goods are sent by Registered Mail. Mail charges are: UK - £10.00 per item OVERSEAS - £20.00 per item |

| RETURNS: All goods are thoroughly inspected prior to being despatched and we will only refund money on goods that are found to be faulty in manufacture. Upon receipt of your goods please check the style, colour and size are as ordered. Goods for exchange must be returned within 7 days of despatch and still in new condition which is not creased or worn. All goods returned to us are sent at customers own risk and we recommend that you insure them as we will not be responsible for any items missing in the post during transit. Please include the return postage when returning goods for exchange. |

| ORDERING WORLD-WIDE | We accept orders from all countries. If paying by credit card you will be charged
in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Your credit card supplier will apply an exchange rate when changing
the value to your currency. If you wish to mail your payment and choose to pay in a currency other than GBP please contact us for the total charge applicable which must cover our bank exchange charges. All packages are lawfully labelled for customs. You will be liable for any import duty applicable. If unsure of these costs please contact your customs department. |
